Joining the agency in 2009, Julie brought her extensive background in executive support and bookkeeping to V.F. McNeil. She provides the agency with highly detailed skills and consistent execution to ensure successful operational functioning each day. She also holds a BA in English, which she obtained from the University of Connecticut.
Outside of V.F.McNeil, Julie freelances as a writer for Shore Publishing newspapers and its website, zip06. Her past editorial experience has also been a great benefit to the agency. She published her first book, Date Expectations, in 2015 and has won numerous awards for her humorous take on dating, the second time around. Stay tuned for what comes next!
Born and raised in New Jersey, Julie has a strong affection for the shoreline. A relaxing day at the beach with a good book is one of her favorite hobbies. In contrast, she can’t resist a good action/adventure movie with one of her favorites being Jaws. The bigger the teeth the better she jokingly says.
Her favorite quote is “All you need is love” – The Beatles. And we can’t forget to mention her personal mantra, absurdity is truly the spice of life.
