Last year when we moved our policies over to your agency, you were able to provide us with the proper/ideal coverage we wanted (including the $1MM umbrella) for less than we were paying.  With a better underlying insurance company.

This year 45 days before our renewal date, we are contacted by Stephanie and advised that there is a new program from insurance company for our Auto that will cost us ~$300less per year.

Over the prior 20 years of having P&C Insurance as a driver and homeowner, I have never received this level of service and experience.
